The terrace is a great place to wake up with a cup of coffee with the sound of tropical birds or enjoy your favorite cold drink after a long day at the beach. The apartment is called ‘Apartment Chiki’ because it is just a 1-bedroom, but it is more than spacious enough for 2 people to enjoy and has the biggest outdoor space of the apartments.


The apartment consists of:

- Cozy living room with ceiling fan, beautiful wooden shutters, a seating area and a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own meals;

- Private terrace with dining table and chairs overlooking your front patio with sun lounger and the ocean views to the left;

- One bedroom with double bed (1,40x2,00 meter), air conditioning and build-in closet.

- One bathroom with sink, toilet and shower with hot water;

- A small safe deposit box to store your laptop, passport and other valuables;

The kitchen includes: pans, crockery & cutlery, four-burner gas stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker;

From the back window you overlook the communal terrace and pool.

Because the terrace and pool are situated at the back of the property you enjoy plenty of privacy and tranquility. Work on your tan on the sun beds, take a cooling dip in the pool or grill your favorite BBQ meal on the communal BBQ.

There is one enclosed parking space which is for shared use with (possible) tenants of 'Studio Bista’, the studio which lays above the studio. There also is free parking in the street.

The accommodation is situated on a hill at a cul-de-sac in the tranquil local neighborhood ‘Planterrust’. The location offers privacy and a relaxing tropical feeling, being surrounded by ocean view and greenery. You’ll enjoy hearing the birds sing and don’t be surprised by a visit of a iguana or two.

Ideal of this location is that you can find your rest at home while still being at a super strategic location on the island between downtown, Piscadera and the road to West point with its many beautiful beaches. There are restaurants, banks and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.
